Have you installed your latest Adager tape?

If not, you may be using an old version of Adager that does not support recent IMAGE and/or MPE/iX enhancements (or that contain Adager bugs that have been fixed).

As an integral part of your Adager maintenance contract, you receive periodic software updates. Adager, by design, has a definite validity beyond which it does not run. This prevents inadvertent use of obsolete versions of Adager.

We get, every now and then, desperate calls because people have lost their Adager tapes. Please search for them and ask your colleagues. If necessary, we can process a replacement for US$100.

MPE/iX 7.5 and MPE/iX 7.5 Express 1

Please ensure that you are using Adager version 020115 (or newer) for MPE/iX 7.5 and MPE/iX 7.5 Express 1.

MPE/iX 7.0 and MPE/iX 7.0 Express 1

Please ensure that you are using Adager version 010718 (or newer) for MPE/iX 7.0 and MPE/iX 7.0 Express 1.

MPE/iX 6.5 Express 2 (IMAGE version C.09.02 or newer)

Please ensure that you are using Adager version 010718 (or newer) for MPE/iX 6.5 Express 2 (IMAGE version C.09.02 or newer).

MPE/iX 5.5, MPE/iX 6.0, MPE/iX 6.5 and MPE/iX 6.5 Express 1

Please ensure that you are using Adager version 000301 (or newer) for MPE/iX 5.5 (all versions), MPE/iX 6.0 (all versions), MPE/iX 6.5 and MPE/iX 6.5 Express 1.
